Tactic Five – Imply Secret Knowledge

Yes, Tactic Five and Six are going to be bundled together today i.e different post but on the same day. My Sincerest Apologies. An error on my part stopped the post from being published. But enough tragedy.

There are many lessons to be learned from Implying anything. Implying something has ridiculously more impact than straight out saying it. Yes , it has been mentioned in quite a few communication and  hypnosis books, videos, seminars and other mediums that aim to teach you communication . Simply put given the choice to say something or imply it. Choose to imply it. You will be using Tactic one and Tactic Five.

Say You Own a Porsche . If you were to merely flat out say it, you would look like you were bragging in spite of your best intentions. But say someone were to ask You for a Ride Home and you said that you could only take one passenger because your car is a two seat er. Of course your listener would get curious and ask what Car you have. You would say a Porsche . Doesn’t look like Bragging , has much more impact, the listener is impressed . You got to talk about your Porsche.  Everyone Wins.

Imply Secret Knowledge. The Inspiration for this series gives an Example of this Tactic.

” Hmmm…There are 100 possible solutions to that within Your own mind”.

Nothing quite implies that there are things that You know that they should know. The above statement is a wonderful example of implying secret knowledge.

Try to make a habit of using the “ Imply ” . There are numerous situations everyday where this could be used. Merely trying will make you better at it. Ideas will come flooding in. Use it often and it will become a part of who you are. Adding mystery and effectiveness while making you a brilliant communicator.
